Marsha Milgrom, M.P.A.

Marsha Milgrom has worked for more than 20 years to build nonprofit and public organizational capacity through intentional, sustainable partnerships and planning.

She has delivered trainings on topics such as funding decision making, grant writing, data collection, understanding client diversity and resources, and legal/privacy issues.

Marsha has served as consulting principal, presenter and associate with dozens of organizations. This work includes consulting with the Improve Group on projects encompassing local, regional, cross-sector collaborations and national evaluations.

Marsha’s client base as principal consultant includes evaluation, grants management and process improvement work with several Minnesota-based culturally specific and women’s service organizations and philanthropic foundations. Her background includes strategic partnership development and communications in corporate community affairs.

Marsha’s recent work is with state and local government in the areas of contracts and resource development, to plan, manage and evaluate programs and improve processes. She holds a Master’s in Public Affairs from the Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs, with Program Evaluation Studies from the University of Minnesota’s School of Education.
