Lori Jacobwith, Senior Instructor

Lori Jacobwith has more than 15 years of experience with nonprofit and private-sector organizations in various leadership capacities. She has served as Executive Director of the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Chapter and as President & CEO of Prevent Blindness America in the Arizona Division. Additionally, she has raised funds for human service organizations and political campaigns, and has worked in the private sector in marketing and public relations.

Most recently, Lori successfully implemented the Raising More Money Model as Director of Development at the University of Arizona Department of Ophthalmology. Through her efforts, the work and mission of this organization became highly visible in the Southwest. Her main focus now is on training and coaching organizations to effectively implement the Raising More Money Model. Her personal mission is to help nonprofit organizations move away from the continual “treadmill” of raising money the “old” way into the new paradigm of true contribution from individuals.

Raising More Money trains and coaches nonprofit organizations to implement a mission-based system for raising sustainable funding from individual donors. This system ends the suffering about fundraising and builds passionate and committed lifelong donors. The Raising More Money Model was developed by founder Terry Axelrod, author of Raising More Money—A Step-by-Step Guide to Building Lifelong Donors, The Point of Entry Handbook, and The Ask Event Handbook.
