EOAA Education and Training

The Office of Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action (EOAA) offers a variety of educational workshops and programs to the University community. We are also available to deliver our programs to any department on campus and can customize them for specific audiences. Additionally, EOAA offers online training.

The Office for Equity & Diversity (OED) web page offers many educational opportunties for individuals, departments, colleges, and units. Examples of topics include: Ally 101 training, sponsored by the GLBTA Programs Office; Universal Design, sponsored by Disabilities Services; and (L)Earning What You're Worth: Salary Negotiation, sponsored by the Women's Center.

Other University Training

Organizational Effectiveness, within the Office of Human Resources, offers a
variety of programs and services designed to build job skills and enhance
professional development.

The Center for Teaching and Learning enriches the professional growth of
 faculty, instructional staff, and teaching assistants through programs,
services, and resources that promote significant learning experiences for
 students.



Managing Differences (Office of Human Resources)
Session 6 of the Core Supervisory Skills Training, a seven-week series offered by the Office of Human Resources.

Foundations of Leadership
Building upon the strengths of our former supervisory training program Keys to Supervision, Foundations of Leadership is designed to be more easily accessible, better support development of faculty leaders, and provide more information and resources on virtual management for those who manage staff in other locations. This course is offered by the Office of Human Resources.
