Addressing Bullying Behavior in the Workplace (EO1040)

Bullying behavior affects morale, productivity, creativity, and retention in work and learning environments. In this workshop we will describe the harmful effects of bullying, consider how it is often seen as discriminatory, and identify stemps to promptly and effectively address it.

Collection of Employees' Race, Ethnicity, Disability Status and Veteran Status

The University collects information about employees’ race and ethnicity, disability status and veteran status to comply with state and federal record-keeping and reporting requirements.  The University reports this information in summary form (without using individual names) to federal and state agencies.   The University also uses this information to improve its affirmative action efforts.   

The University uses the following federally-prescribed definitions when collecting race, ethnicity, disability and veteran information.
